■ CLARITY 利回り条項に米銀界が反対声明 American Bankers Association と Bank Policy Institute は Tillis-Alsobrooks 妥協案を「ステーブルコインの利息・利回り支払いを実質的に禁止していない」と批判する書面を提出。妥協案は銀行型預金と経済的・機能的に同等の利回りを禁ずる一方、決済アクティブ利用に対する報酬は許容しており、5/14 10:30 EST の Senate Banking Committee 執行セッションでこの解釈の幅が争点になる。

■ Coinbase・Kraken・Gemini が anti-manipulation 規定削除でロビー Cointelegraph が報道。3 取引所は CLARITY Act の「リスクトークン規定」と呼ばれる anti-market manipulation 条項の削除を米議員に働きかけたとされる。利回り側で銀行界と対峙しつつ、市場操作規律で取引所側からも切り崩しが入る構図。CLARITY Act の妥協形成は週末を挟んで銀行 vs 取引所の二正面で再燃した。
